Where do I add the coupon code?
You'll add your coupon code on the checkout page in the area highlighted above in yellow.
If you're using a coupon code for a BOGO buy--such as buy two Yucky Puppy Poop Bag Holders and get a third free--be sure to add three sets to your cart to use the coupon!

How long does it take to ship my order?
We fill all orders from our Austin, Texas office within 1-2 days of receipt. When the postage is purchased for your order, you'll receive an email with USPS tracking.
Is my order lost?
All our orders ship via USPS; you'll receive tracking for your package as soon as the postage is purchased. We ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order...but once your package is in the hands of USPS, we only have access to the same information you see when you check tracking.
NOTE: USPS is experiencing slowdowns due to Covid and states this on their website:

You may notice that USPS tracking is not updating as it makes it way to you; you may also receive a delivery notification a day or two before your package is actually delivered. Generally packages do arrive a day or two after that delivery notification.
If you believe your package has been lost by USPS, please check with your postal carrier or file a claim here.
Can you send a gift receipt?
Yes, we have gift receipts without the pricing information that we'll include. Please leave us a note with your order that your purchase is a gift!
If you'd like a free gift note added along with the gift receipt, just let us know in your note!
Where do I leave notes on my order?
When you add an item to your cart, you'll see your cart. The "order notes" area below the subtotal is for any info you'd like to add.
